Bookly provides booking, calendar, storefront, inbox, review, automation, and administrative tools for service businesses. You may use Bookly only in accordance with these terms, applicable laws, and any written agreement that applies to your workspace.

You are responsible for the accuracy of business information, service descriptions, pricing, availability, staff details, booking rules, customer communications, and other content submitted through your workspace.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for managing staff access, permissions, connected integrations, and customer data within their business account.

You must promptly notify Bookly if you suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise, or misuse of your account.

Bookly helps businesses accept booking requests, manage availability, and communicate with customers. The business using Bookly remains responsible for honoring appointments, confirming service details, handling cancellations, issuing refunds where applicable, and complying with consumer protection, privacy, consent, and messaging laws.

You may not use Bookly to send unlawful, misleading, harassing, abusive, unsolicited, or non-compliant communications.

Bookly is a scheduling and communication technology platform. Bookly is not a party to any appointment, booking, or transaction arranged through the service, does not provide the underlying services offered by businesses, and does not employ, endorse, supervise, or guarantee any business, staff member, or customer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bookly is not responsible or liable for appointments or their outcomes. This includes, without limitation, missed, cancelled, rescheduled, delayed, double-booked, or no-show appointments; the availability, quality, safety, or legality of any service; pricing, payments, deposits, or refunds; and any dispute, loss, injury, or damages arising between a business and its customers. Responsibility for scheduling, honoring, fulfilling, and resolving appointments rests solely with the business and its customer.

By creating an account and using Bookly, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms, including this allocation of responsibility for appointments.

Bookly may integrate with third-party services, including Google services, calendar providers, CRM systems, messaging tools, review platforms, hosting providers, and analytics providers.

When you connect a third-party service, you authorize Bookly to access and use information from that service as needed to provide the enabled features. Your use of those services may also be governed by the third party's terms and privacy policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to connect third-party accounts and process any data made available through those integrations.

You may not interfere with Bookly's security, availability, or operation; reverse engineer the service; attempt unauthorized access; upload malicious code; scrape or harvest data without permission; or use Bookly to violate any law or third-party right.

You may not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate for a business scheduling and customer communication platform.

Bookly and its software, designs, workflows, interfaces, documentation, logos, and related materials are owned by Bookly or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content and data you submit to Bookly, subject to the rights you grant us to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content as necessary to provide and improve the service.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Bookly Privacy Policy. By using Bookly, you acknowledge that information will be collected, used, stored, and shared as described there.

Bookly may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Some pages in this project may be demos or previews. Demo environments are provided for evaluation and may not create real bookings, payments, messages, or production records unless expressly configured to do so.

Bookly is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Bookly does not provide legal, tax, medical, financial, or professional advice. Businesses are responsible for reviewing their own compliance obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bookly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bookly's aggregate liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amounts paid to Bookly for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access to Bookly if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay applicable fees, or use Bookly in a way that may cause legal, security, or operational harm.

You may stop using Bookly at any time. Certain provisions will survive termination where needed to give effect to their purpose.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Bookly after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
